Welcome, DarkMagician! It's nice to see some more new faces around here.
As for your question, why not?
I can't answer for everyone else, but I feel that Kiyone is more down to earth than all of the other girls, along with Sasami of course. She's got the determination, confidence, skills, and looks, all of which are favorable qualities for a woman. Yes, she may be a bit short tempered, but when dealing with Mihoshi the majority of your career, who wouldn't?
When it comes to all of the others, I can't bash them. I like them equally as well because there wouldn't be a Tenchi Muyo without our powerful and flirtatious space pirate Ryoko, elegant and courteous princess Ayeka, Sasami, our cute and lovable princess/chef, the eccentric #1 genius Washu, Mihoshi, our bubbly and clueless GP, and of course the reason and backbone of this very forum: Kiyone! ;D

For me it's rather simple, she has two of my favorite qualities. She has the brains that she uses without lording it over people. She also has blue hair... I know that's a cheap reason but I've always had a weakness for bluehaired women...

Well actually I was planning blue hair for an anime con this year. pictures will come of me dressed up as Kiyone hopefully. Well, I'm not sure how I can describe why I like Kiyone.. Haha but in a way I kinda look up to her, she's so amazing in every way. And from a women's point of view, sexy! I love her personality, ok so she can be serious alot - but see'ing her in love would so tear jerking. I cried once when I read a Tenchi and Kiyone fic. Oh and she's an ass kicking girl who is fo friggin cool when she's evil and seductive *is going down the road of her evil Kiyone now =3* Ehehe which brings me to my evil Kiyone. *Tenchisan then comes in and knocks her outold* Ooowch  |
